We rolled out of bed this morning to close on the sale of our home, exhausted from packing our PODS and getting it ready for a new family. We are excited to announce that Tina Pham got us across the finish line. Selling a home while buying a home while is not for the faint of heart. Tina and her team did a phenomenal job with communication. Whether it be text, call or email – They were on it. My wife and I never had an issue with showings. She literally spent a whole day driving us to view all the listings to our heart’s desire. That on it’s own warrant’s a 10 star. The most stressful part about this whole process is when our home hit the market and when the home we placed an offer on was accepted. Again – Tina and her team did a great job with communication and took care of most the leg work. Selling our home was a new experience and let’s just say it worked out WAYYYY better than expected. If you are planning on using a iBuyer think twice, seriously. You will lose out on a ton of $$$. Luckily we did not learn the hard way. The Best Realtor Ever. This was my 1st time buying a house so naturally I had a lot of questions about everything. Tina and her team were available to answer questions night and day. Her understanding and knowledge were second to none about the Jacksonville area, pricing, and construction. When I thought about quitting she kept me motivated. When I was in a rush to see a property she made it happen. Even after I closed on my house she has still be available for questions and concerns.
